Break Terms Agreement

BREAK PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT By purchasing a spot in this break, I understand and agree that I am purchasing entry into a group break, not a guaranteed specific card, sealed item, team result, player result, or prize unless specifically stated in the break description. I understand that the results of the break depend on the stated break format, including but not limited to random team, pick your team, random pack, random division, serial number, or other posted break rules. I understand that randomizations, team assignments, divisions, spots, or other break assignments are final once completed. I understand that not every spot may receive a card, hit, pack, item, or shipment unless the break specifically states otherwise. I understand that all sales for break spots are final once the break has begun, once randomization has occurred, or once the product has been opened. I understand that the break may be streamed, recorded, posted, or otherwise documented by The Hobby Spot. I understand that shipping, pickup, sorting, and fulfillment will follow The Hobby Spot’s posted break and shipping policies. By checking the box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these break terms.

25 spots at $35.20 CAD GST INCLUDED

  • Top 3 names of Random after DR5+ win 2 spots – 1 spot – 1spot
  • Name on Top after random wins Spot 2 and 4
  • 2nd name wins Spot 5
  • 3rd name wins Spot 6

All randoms will be completed in the Facebook Group via random.org and all randoms will be Dice Roll 5 or Greater.

RULES FOR MINI’s AND SERIALS

WHEN RUNNING MINIS (FOR TEAMS/SPOTS THAT DIDN’T SELL OUTRIGHT):

When running mini’s, compensation is to be provided in the form of an Upper Deck item (item is in discretion on the Hobby Spot and not to be selected by the customer).

SERIAL FILLERS CLOSERS (FOR TEAMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED):

For serial filler closers, the same rules apply for the Pick Your Team’s skunk disclaimer and therefore, as per Upper Deck’s policy, The Hobby Spot is not obligated to provide any compensation for skunks.
