By booking a table, and any showcase or power that goes with it, you agree to the following for the whole event, including set-up and tear-down. You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that you, your helpers or your guests cause to tables, chairs, showcases, displays, the venue, or any other property of The Hobby Spot or the venue, and you agree to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. A rented showcase is in your care for the whole event. Please take care when moving, opening or closing it. If it is damaged beyond repair while in your possession, you will pay its full replacement cost. You are responsible for your own merchandise, cash, equipment and belongings. The Hobby Spot, its staff and volunteers, and the venue are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to them. The Hobby Spot reserves the right to assess any damage and determine the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
