Break Terms Agreement

BREAK PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT By purchasing a spot in this break, I understand and agree that I am purchasing entry into a group break, not a guaranteed specific card, sealed item, team result, player result, or prize unless specifically stated in the break description. I understand that the results of the break depend on the stated break format, including but not limited to random team, pick your team, random pack, random division, serial number, or other posted break rules. I understand that randomizations, team assignments, divisions, spots, or other break assignments are final once completed. I understand that not every spot may receive a card, hit, pack, item, or shipment unless the break specifically states otherwise. I understand that all sales for break spots are final once the break has begun, once randomization has occurred, or once the product has been opened. I understand that the break may be streamed, recorded, posted, or otherwise documented by The Hobby Spot. I understand that shipping, pickup, sorting, and fulfillment will follow The Hobby Spot’s posted break and shipping policies. By checking the box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these break terms.

RULES FOR POKEMON RAFFLES

We have a total of 10 spots available for purchase. Once all 10 are sold, we will random them all by a number decided randomly by Random.org. For full transparency, this random will be conducted in our Facebook group live. All spots purchased are guaranteed a prize!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS : 

Once all 10 spots are taken, the random will occur and the order will be determined for picking prizes. The random order and the prizing list order with be matched side by side and those prizes will be given to the names.

HOW IT WORKS : 

There is 10 spots available for purchase and once all spots have been bought, we will use Random.org with DR5+ to determine the order. This order will determine who gets which prize in order from 1-10. Every spot purchased guaranteed a prize.

  • Basic shipping is included in all of these raffles and local pick up is an option as well.
